Holiday Cottage in Gilsland, Cumbria updateTantallon House Holiday Cottage in GIlsland due to be open soon!We are excited to see great progress on our new Holiday Cottage in Gilsland, Cumbria which will provide additional accommodation to Tantallon House's bed and breakfast. The cottage, which is on the north side of Gilsland Village, is surrounded by beauftiful countryside and the counties of Cumbria and Northumberland. The holiday cottage will be one of the best places to stay in Gilsland, as it is so close to Hadrian's Wall, offering the perfect accommodation for those looking to explore the amazing scenery and history that surrounds Gilsland. Holiday Cottage UpdateAs you can see from the photos shown above we have made great progress with the building of the new holiday cottage on Hadrian's Wall to complement our bed and breakfast on Hadrian's Wall too. We have spent a large amount of time landscaping the surrounding gardens, ensuring they are relaxing and beautiful to walk round for guests, and that they will attract and encourage some of the local wildlife. We can't wait until Spring when all of our recently planted buibs will emerge! We'll be sure to take some photos. Hopefully they will look as good as our daffodils last year! Gilsland also has some great places to eat and drink, which prove popular with our guests.
