Our Cumbrian Cottage is now graded 4 star

The Quality in Tourism Assessor visited our Cumbria Cottage last week and we have just received her report. We were very pleased to receive the report as it was very positive as to what we have completed during the refurbishment over the past 18 months. Our Cottage is just part of the great Hadrian's Wall accommodation we offer at Tantallon House. We are a sound 4 star and some highlights from the report are as follows:

• “Externally very well presented and enjoying a recently landscaped and very well presented garden”
• “Excellent care and attention in the kitchen and bathroom”
• “Very well furnished”
• "Very good quality colour coordinated linens”
• “Freshly laundered and generously sized towels”
• “Most effectively finished giving a modern and contemporary impression”
• "This is a well presented cottage and is most comfortable and very well appointed”
