Play Golf on Hadrian's Wall in Cumbria and Northumberland

There are a number of places you can play golf near Tantallon House Bed and Breakfast Accommodation in Cumbria and Northumberland. Why not try out some of the course listed below?

Eden Golf Club and Driving Range

The Eden Golf Club is a great place to practice your swing, near Carlisle, just 5 minutes from the M6. The course is along the banks of the River Eden with beautiful views of the Lake District and the Pennine Fells. The course has tight treelined fairways and many water hazards making for a challenging course that will test all levels of experience. The Hadrian's 9 Hole course as well as a driving range means the Eden Gold club has great variety to keep golfers entertained.

Haltwhistle Golf Club

Haltwhistle Golf Club claims to be the only golf club on both Hadrian's Wall and the Pennine Way as well as having excellent views over the Tyne Valley and of course of Haltwhistle. The course boasts a full 18 hole golf course. Haltwhistle Golf Club is roughly 20 minutes from our bed and breakfast accommodation in Gilsland.

Brampton Golf Club

Bramptom Golf Club has been described as the 'jewel of Cumbria' and as a 'mini gleneagles'. The golf course has stunning views of the Lake District, the Pennines and Southern Scotland. The course is also around 20 minutes drive from Tantallon House and is just south of the beautiful lake Talkin Tarn.
